Michael Henry Mushnick

Entered into rest June 29th, 2012 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Carol (Blicht) Mushnick. Devoted father of Jeffrey Mushnick and his wife, Carol, of Millis, Glenn Mushnick and his spouse Dale Dunne of Northbridge, Brian Mushnick and his wife, Kristine, of Norfolk, Rebecca Mushnick of Athol and Stewart Mushnick of Norfolk. Loving brother of Betsy Shiffman of Florida and the late Gladys Bruce and Samuel Mushnick. Cherished grandfather of Eric and Annie, Jay and Lois, Adam and Katie, Sarah and Samuel, and great-grandfather of Flora.

Michael was a former owner of The Medway Oil Company. Michael was an elected constable for over 30 years in the towns of Millis, Medfield, Medway, Dover and Walpole. He was the Millis representative to the Tri County Regional School Board. He was the past president of the Shomrim Society of Massachusetts. He was also a 50+ year member of the Charles River AF and FM Masonic Lodge in Medway and a member of Arundel Lodge in Kennebunkport, ME and a 50+ year member of the Aleppo Temple Shriners. He was a lifetime member of Congregation AEL CHUNON.

Service will be held at Congregation AEL CHUNON, 334 Village St. Millis, MA on Monday, July 2nd, 2012 at 11AM. Interment will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Millis. Memorial Observance will be held at 9 Bogastow Circle, Millis, MA on Monday through Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory can be made to Congregation AEL CHUNON PO Box 401, Millis MA 02054.
