Nancy Joan Carlton

Beloved wife of 58 years to Richard A. Carlton. Devoted mother of Dean Carlton and his wife Jessica, Robin Carlton, and the late Judith Santos. Loving sister of Joseph Radovsky and the late Donna Altschuler. Cherished grandmother of Tyler, Deanna, and True Carlton, Krista Barkley, and Ashley and Danielle Santos.

Nancy graduated from Peter Bent Brigham School of Nursing, and eventually went on to work at New England Sinai Hospital and Goddard Hospital as a registered nurse. She was passionate about her career as an R.N, and her compassionate nature helped her excel at what she did. Nancy was a selflessly devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend – she would always make sure other people were taken care of before herself. She was an avid golfer, and was quite proud to have won the title of ‘MDC Club champion’ for 8 years in a row. Her grandchildren will remember her as “the best grandmother ever” and she will truly be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A chapel service will be held at 12 PM on Sunday, May 1st at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA. Burial to follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
