Dee was born in Canton, Ohio to the late Howard Robert "Bob" White and Mary (Marchand) White. She attended St. Paul's Elementary School and graduated from Central Catholic High School. Later on she was certified as a drug and alcohol counselor. Early on, Dianne worked in retail and banking and eventually did volunteer work at the Thrift Store in Hartville, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Daryl "Pancho" Noggler. Dianne is survived by two daughters; three grandchildren; sisters, Cindy (Dan) Merkt of Cold Spring, KY, and Peggy Noggler of Goshen, Ohio; nephews, Brant and Jackson Merkt, and JoJo Noggler; nieces, Olivia and Azeeza Noggler, and Lauren Merkt; cousins, Carol, Steve, Shelly, Debbie, Lisa, Jeanne, and many more; very special friends, Lindsey, Rosie, Teresa, and Darla.
