She was born April 11, 1918 in Justus, Ohio to the late John and Sarah (Harris) Reese. She was a lifelong resident of North Canton, and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, North Canton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ballentine; one brother; and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Rick Howe; grandsons, Kurt and Chase Howe; and great grandson, Aiden Howe.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call from 6-8pm Monday at the funeral home.
