Joanne Littlefield

Joanne (Atkinson) Littlefield went to be with our Lord on the morning of the 30th of March. She was 81 years old. Joanne was also a graduate of Aultman School of Nursing and was voted Miss Lamplighter in 1951. She was beautiful inside and out, not only with her family but also with her patients. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, Esther and Arthur Atkinson and her brothers Arthur Atkinson Jr., Bob Atkinson and Dave Atkinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Littlefield only 3 months ago. She is survived by her daughters; Roxanne Schaffter , Rhonda (Buddy) Karcher, Roslyn Haas and Randi (Dennis) Morris and her brother Ronald Atkinson. Also, her 8 grandchildren, Joanne, Joseph, Jenn, Leslie, Tommy, Dan, Michelle and Mindy. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; Jenaie, Paige, Nadia, Michael, Ta’Leeyha, James, Jasmine, Jenna, Jeremiah, Nathyn, Ransom, David, Byanca, Brodie, Lauren and many nieces and nephews and friends who will miss her terribly. None of us would give up a day, an hour, or a minute of the last months with her.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 1 p.m. Services will be conducted by Bro. Lance Lindenberger and burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
