Nancy was raised in North Canton, and employed at the Hoover Company. She was married to Jack Reed in 1954, and spent a few years in West Virginia where he worked as an air traffic controller. Nancy loved bowling and bowled in two leagues well into her 80s. Most of all, she was a family person; she loved her family. Nancy always hosted the family gatherings and loved having her family together. She loved playing cards with her brothers and sisters, but hated losing! Nancy was a very giving person and was always helping people in need. She was the type of person who would give the shirt off her back to help others. She will be greatly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; brothers, Lester, Frederick, Herman, Robert, Carl, and Edward; and sisters, Doris Paquelet, and Mary Dahler. She is survived by her five children; son, Jack and Mindi, son, Danny; and three daughters, Becky and James Killion, Vicki Changet, and Bonny and Larry Bell; grandchildren, Carrie Yoho, Michael Baughman, Amanda Baughman, Stephanie Killion, Joseph Killion, Derrick Bell, and Stuart Bell; great-grandchildren, Matthew Hunt, Cody Yoho, Ashley Yoho, and Jacob Yoho. Also survived by brother, Glenn Dahler; and many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express their thanks to the Laurels for the loving care they provided to Nancy. Due to Covid restrictions the family is having a private service. We will have a Celebration of Life for this great lady when we can gather safely and share stories. Arrangements under the direction of Karlo-Libby Funeral Home.
