Neva Lucille Lucille Furbee

The daughter of the late William and Grace (Barcus) Telfer. She was born in Mechanicstown, OH, April 13, 1913. She was a Charter member of North Canton Village Baptist Temple. She was a member of the Sparkling Seniors and the Forever Young.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Furbee in 1971; special son, F. Lawrence Furbee in 1999; brothers, Wayne and Arthur Telfer and Harold Hale; sisters, Alice E. Marshall and Pauline Baughman. She is survived by her daughter, Florence (Furbee) and son-in-law, R. Paul Fredey of North Canton and special daughter, D. Jean (Furbee) Meier of Wilmington, DE. Also surviving are grandchildren, Howard Furbee and Robert (Valerie) Furbee of North Canton, Richard (Nancy) Meier of Garnet Valley, PA, and Vicki (Aviam) Topel of Kennett Square, PA, R. Scott (Danielle) Fredey of Richfield, OH; eleven great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, February 17th in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Mullins officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call 10am-12pm Thursday before the ceremony.
