Shaun was born in Canton, on August 27, 1985 to Ricky and Joan (Selinsky) Hylton. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2003. He then went on to attend the University of Ashland and the University of Akron and earned his Bachelor's in Business Management with a minor in Finance. For almost 10 years, Shaun worked as a Processing Engineer, most recently for Laszeray. Shaun had the gift of the gab and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Shaun is survived by his significant other of nine years, April Tibbs, his daughter, Elena Clark, his parents, Ricky and Joan (Selinsky) Hylton, his grandmother, Roberta Hylton, and many other extended family members, which includes aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Shaun is preceded in death by three grandparents: Jesse Hylton, and Vivian Selinsky and Alva "Bub" Selinsky, and his aunt, Carol Ann Selinsky.
Per Shaun's wishes, he will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 12:00 pm. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home prior to the memorial service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Inurnment will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
