My uncle was a caring compassionate man, who would give you the shirt off his back in a snowstorm. He showed exemplary human kindness not only as a man but as a godfather to me and as a son to his parents. his struggles and trials in life would have broken a lesser man and brought them to their knees long before a man of his resilience would ever dare approach the thought of quitting. It is my greatest shame that I failed to honor him and learn as much as I know of him now in his passing than when he was alive to tell me himself of his story. He played tabletop role playing games as youth with his friends, something I enjoy now and wish we could have talked about, the stories I'm sure he could tell of times at his table surrounded by friend crafting stories. And he was exceptionally creative, a skilled painter and man who valued thought and deep questions while partaking in the occasional herb.   After his passing we learned of hobbies he enjoyed, he was a skilled billiards player who won numerous trophies in a local league that he kept in a box in the hall, he also had a taste for the beauty of classical music opera being his favorite genre of which he had dozens of records. His capacity humility and his love of his family is only super ceded by his warmth as a human being in the company of others. A man of a candid attitude and honest character, heaven may have gained a man, but our world lost a loved and valued son, brother, uncle, godfather, and friend. God bless you Nuno.

Warm hearted and sweet Tony III was taken away and missed by all the people who were lucky enough to know him and have him in their lives. May his memory be eternal.

Our hearts were broken for Tony and the family when we heard the news of his sudden passing. We pray that his soul will be with our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ and he will have eternal joy and peace in His presence.

We thank God for the blessing Tony was to so many people while with us in this journey of life.  And we will continue to pray for his soul and those family members he left behind.

Through all these years growing up with you all, what I think of most when I think of Tony is what a sweet, kind soul he was. He had such a way about him. He will forever be engraved in my heart. Memory eternal Tony. You will live on in us.

We were saddened to hear of Tony’s passing. He’s been a dear friend of Jimmie’s for many years. Many stories have been told about their exploits including one about streaking down Leonard! It’s hard to imagine a world without Tony in it. All our love to you now and forever and may God hold you close until you see him again.

We will always the visit with Tony when he hitchhiked across country with his friend.

I remember Tony doing a spot-on impersonation of Art Carney as Norton in the Honeymooners. I’d always ask my cousin to do it for me over and over and he never complained and obliged me!  He was a talented comic and a generous soul. 

Tony was my first really good friend when I moved to Perry. Went to grade school,  junior high and high school together. A lot of good memories. I know we have not been in contact for years, but I have never and will never forget our friendship. Hopefully they have a BB hoop and Golf course up there for you my friend.
