Anthony Scott Lester

Anthony passed away December 30, 2020 in Ben Wheeler. He was born January 26, 1999 in Athens.

Anthony grew up in Canton and graduated Canton High School in 2018. He then joined the Army and served in Fort Benning and Fort Hood. Anthony was currently working at Brookshires Distribution in Tyler. He loved playing video games and watching movies and anime. Anthony was a huge fan of The Fast and Furious movies. He loved his family and brothers. He was very protective of his sisters, wife and daughter.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Connie Crow of Kemp; daughter, Ellie Lynn Lester; daughter on the way, Lorelei Rae Lester; mom and dad, Crystal and Manny Villarreal of Canton; two sisters: Shyla Walls and Aaliyah Villarreal of Canton; grandparents: Tom "Papaw" and Cindy "Gramjam" Simpson of Ben Wheeler and "Big Manuel" and Janie "Gigi" Villarreal of Canton; three aunts: Julie "RoRo" Rodriquez, Deanna "Dee" and Derek Barnhart, and Tiffiany "Chimichanga" Baker; uncle, Thomas "Uncle Bubba" Simpson; and best friends and brothers: Jeremy Lambert, Josh Lambert and Jeremiah Bradway.

Anthony is preceded in death by his grandmother, Joni Lynn Simpson, and great-grandparents: Frances and Robert Simpson and James Nixon, all of Ben Wheeler.
