Services for Audrey "Sue" Susan Fincher, 78, of Canton, will be held 11 am Friday, July 28, 2023, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Bro. Jeff Corey officiating. Inurnment will be in Haven of Memories.
Mrs. Fincher passed away July 24. 2023 in Lindale. She was born September 18, 1944 in Dallas to J.D. and Christene LaRue Bynum Phillips.
Sue grew up in the Willow Springs Community near Edgewood. She married John B. Fincher in February 1963. She was a nurse for over 30 years. Sue loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a very strong willed woman. Sue wanted her family to laugh until the very end.
Mrs. Fincher is preceded in death by her husband, John B. Fincher; parents, J.D. and Christene Phillips
; sister, Judith Behnken; two grandsons: Jonathan Fincher and Jacob Fincher; and great-grandson, Grant Shoemake.
Sue is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Susie and Rick Cerda of Canton; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Missy Fincher of Canton; son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Wendy Fincher of Canton; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; six nieces and one nephew.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Wallace, Marvin Johnson, Stewart Cates, Sammy Jo Knox, James Caldwell and Dr. John Turner.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
