He worked as the operations manager of Frozen Food Express (FFE) and retired after 36 years of loyal dedication.
He was an avid reader and enjoyed watching westerns, specifically John Wayne and Gun Smoke. If he wasn’t watching these, he was watching Fox News. He loved living in the woods of East Texas. Every morning, he put out food for the neighbor’s cat and a bone for the dog. We aren’t sure the animals know which house they belong to. He enjoyed many family gatherings especially if it involved a fish fry. He always looked forward to his monthly breakfast with long time friend Bill Staton.
Lynn had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in whom he placed his trust. He gave encouragement and wisdom to his family during the time of his illness. He exemplified compassion, forgiveness and a love of important things, which are family, friends and especially his Savior.
