Judy Ann Pugh

Judy passed away Monday, February 27, 2017 in Athens, TX.

She was born July 4, 1946 in Dallas, TX to Harley Usrey and Ima Novelle Cox.

Judy grew up in Dallas and attended Samuel High School. She married Jerry Pugh March 23, 1961 and they moved to Canton in 1972. Judy stayed home raising their three daughters until attending beauty school in 1984. She opened her own business, Any Hour Beauty Shop, and operated it for 31 years. Judy was Christian by faith and enjoyed puzzles, cooking, and working in her yard.

She is survived by her Daughters: Alice & Dwayne Clements, Denise & Marty Daugherty, and Jeriann Kimbrell; Grandchildren: Jerry Clements, Jamie Clements, Cody Daugherty, Kolemon Weatherford, & Kinsley Saunders; Great Grandson, Caiden Green; Stormie & Josh Steed, Colton James; Brothers: Danny & Dorothy Usrey ; Ronnie & Vickie Usrey; and Tommy & Debbie James; Sister, Dianna & Tony Fry; along with a host of Nieces & Nephews.

Judy is preceded in death by her Parents, Harley & Ima Usrey; Husband, Jerry Pugh; and Son, Phillip Lynn Pugh.

Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Little Hope Cemetery in Wood County, TX.
