Linda Joann Foutch

Linda went home to the Lord on October 19, 2022, in Tyler, Texas. She was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, on October 31, 1945, to Willie Troy Johnson and Judy O’Connor Johnson. Linda met the love of her life in Herbert Foutch and they were married on January 7, 1964, and shared 58 wonderful years. Together they spent many days enjoying her next greatest loves of fishing, being outside and the homemade cooking Linda was known for. While enjoying summers on Lake Palestine, Linda would often out fish her soul-mate then fill him up with the best fried chicken, biscuits and gravy, dumplings and homemade pies anyone had ever tasted. Linda always had a love for animals, and would faithfully keep hummingbird feeders full and small dogs as her companions. During the cooler months, she enjoyed curling up with her beloved dogs while she quilted and crocheted.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Willie and Judy Johnson; and her dear brother, Troy Johnson.

Linda is survived by her loving family: husband, Herbert Foutch; son, Jason and Dionna Foutch; grandson, Dylan Foutch; granddaughter, Leslie and Matthew Mahrer; great-grandchildren: Adalynn, Mason Mahrer; sister, Bonnie and David McFadden; nephews: Spencer Owens, Justin Owens, Nathan Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
