Melvin Lee Foster

Melvin grew up in Denison. He started driving a truck when he was 25 years old. He Retired from The Container Store in 2010. He and his wife, Lerea, moved to Canton in 1978 to raise their family.

Mr. Foster is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Leona Foster. He is survived by his wife, Lerea Parker Foster of Canton; three daughters: Teri Foster of Denton, Cyrie Spence of Canton, and Danielle Ellis and her husband, Mike, of Valley View; son, Stormy Foster and Danielle Darley of Los Angeles, California; four grandchildren: Laura Baker, Michael Ellis, Skylar Prow and Alyssa Spence; two great-grandchildren: Stella Roberts and Aaron Baker.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
