Sherry Ann Northcutt

A graveside service will be held for Sherry Ann Northcutt, 83, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Dunbar Cemetery in Emory, Texas, Father Ron Studenny officiating and under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home.

Sherry passed away peacefully on September 23, 2021 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on October 25, 2021 in Des Moines, Iowa to Ralph Benjamin Lair and Anna Elmira Scott Lair.

Sherry lived life to the fullest. She married her one true love, Finis Glen Northcutt on March 4, 1961. The couple had a full and happy 51 years together until his passing in 2012. The couple owned and operated G & S Auto Supply for 20 years. Sherry was a founding member of St. Justin Episcopal Church in Canton. She enjoyed country line dancing, playing the guitar and sewing. Sherry had a sassy personality and a beautiful smile, that lite up a room. She couldn’t help but show excitement about the next cruise Finis and her were going on. She loved the Lord, her family and friends. This beautiful lady will be missed by all that knew her, but memories of her will leave you with a smile.

Sherry is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Greg and Tamblin Northcutt; grandchildren, Jonathan and Chasity McKinney, Dexter and Shelby Warfield, Taibryn and Deon Coleman; a host of other family, church family and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Anna Lair; beloved husband, Finis Northcutt; brothers, Ben Lair and Don Lair; sisters Jackie Lacquement and Shirley Hannagan.
