Tanya went home to the Lord on July 20, 2023, at her home in Wills Point. She was born in Dallas, Texas on May 18, 1957, to Gavin Mack and Barbara Jene (Babb) Tyndell. Tanya grew up being an avid reader, with some of her favorites being mystery novels by Dean Koontz and Stephen King. She believed nothing was better than a good book and a bunch of red hots or chocolate Rolos. Tanya graduated from Edgewood High School in 1975 and expanded her hobbies to include knitting, arts and crafts and a love of cooking for her family. She was also obsessed with the TV show Big Bang Theory and loved to snuggle with her best friend and pet cat, Ruby while watching it. Tanya liked to call everyone she knew and met “Darling” and to express her lifetime theory that “No use crying over spilled milk” was the best way to live.
Tanya is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Tyndell; maternal grandparents, Maurice and Mildred Babb; paternal grandparents, Carl and Myrtle Tyndell.
She is survived by her loving son, Eli Conatser; daughter-in-law, Heather Conatser; grandchildren: Tucker, Owen; father, Mack Tyndell; brothers: Jared Tyndell and wife, Maribel, Craig Tyndell; nephews: Taylor Tyndell, Blake Tyndell and wife, Nikki; great nieces: Madison Tyndell, Macie Tyndell; great nephews: Nash Tyndell, Mack Tyndell; best friend, Lisa Beasley; devoted caretaker Charlotte Campbell; and numerous other relatives.
