Tom was born on May 26, 1968 in Memphis, TN, to Thomas and Erika Perry.
Tom worked for ten years as the Animal Control Officer for the City of Canton. He previously worked as a cook for the Kentucky State Park system and was twice selected as a chef to cook breakfast at the Kentucky Derby. Tom loved fishing, hunting, painting vehicles, and his five dogs. Tom moved from Tennessee in 2003 and made Canton his home. He loved to cook and shared his talent by cooking for friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Tom is survived by his son, Tommy & Danielle Perry of Cadiz, KY; grandchildren, Nicholas, David, and Lucas; mother, Erika Perry of Cadiz, KY; and brother, Timmy & Donna Perry of Cadiz, KY; close friends, Laslie, Zach, and Steven. In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Canton Animal Shelter or CLAW.
