She passed away April 25, 2015 in Kaufman, TX.
Wanda was born December 7, 1924 in Edgewood, TX to James and Kathrine Wade.
Interment will be in Haven of Memories Memorial Park.
Wanda grew up around the Small & Dunbar communities. She was stationed in Big Springs during her husband’s Army career before moving back to Edgewood where she was a member of Edgewood Church of Christ and a former member the 1st Baptist Church of Edgewood. Wanda enjoyed sewing, fishing, making dolls, gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Wanda is survived by her Daughter, Trudy & Doyal Alexander Sr; Daughter, Janet & James Lewis, 4 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great-Grandchild, Brother, Clyde Wade; & numerous Nieces and Nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Earnest and Katherine Wade, Husband, Truett Edwards, Husband, Porter Earnheart, Husband, Junior Denton and 6 Brothers and Sisters.
Pallbearers will be Doyal Alexander Jr., Christopher Alexander, Robert Lewis, Tommy Alexander, and Kelly Trussell.
Visitation will be Tuesday 6 to 8 pm at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, TX.
