Alfreda Narog, 97 of N Fort Myers, Florida passed away on December 11, 2020 at Hope Hospice/Calusa Harbor. She was born on August 12, 1923 in Buffalo, New York, 1 of 5 daughters born to Ludwig Piwowarski and Veronica (nee: Pajek) Piwowarski.
She moved with her beloved husband Stanley of 58 years to Cape Coral, Fl in 1983.
Alfreda was an active member of the Cape Coral Women of the Moose #815 for 34 years serving as both Chairwoman and/or Officer for 10 of these years. She was also a volunteer at Lee Memorial Hospital for 10 yrs ( see news photo)
She enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her friends, was an avid walker, reader and enjoyed Soduko and crossword puzzles. In addition, she had many hobbies including sewing, knitting, crocheting, decorating and a love of music.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia Parisi and husband Gennaro of Palm Coast, FL, daughter Pauline Narog of Dallas, TX 2 grandsons Gennaro Parisi II of Rochester, NY, Joshua Anderson of Plano, TX and granddaughter Kelly Hill and husband Kelly of Northlake, TX and 2 great grandchildren in addition to numerous relatives. Alfreda is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Stanley and her sisters Carrie Piwowarski, Lucille Piwowarski, Estelle (Stanley) Mikolajek and Florence (Albin) Mazur
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass at St Andrew Catholic Church Chapel, 2628 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33904, June 22 at 10:30am to be followed by Graveside Committal at Coral Ridge Cemetery, 950 Chiquita Blvd South, Cape Coral, Fl 33991
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made in her memory to Hope Hospice of Lee County.
