Bradford Lee Rainwater, 69, of St. James City passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Born June 25, 1945 in DeQuincy, LA, Bradford honorably served in the US Navy. He later worked and retired after 25 years of nursing. He enjoyed a quiet and relaxed life on Pine Island gardening, woodworking and doing home improvement projects. Bradford loved his time at home with his wife and basset hounds.
Brad is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years Jackie; stepdaughter Mary Szemak; son Anthony (Patty) Rainwater; 2 grandchildren Isabelle and Christian Rainwater.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home between the hours of 10 – 12pm with service to follow. Interment will be held at Perkins Cemetery, DeQuincy, LA, at a later date.
