Born January 6, 1931, in Brooklyn, NY, Doris and her husband Gerard moved to Cape Coral in 1973 with their three children. Doris became a realtor and a proud member of the Million Dollar Club in the 1980s. She attended St Andrew’s Catholic Church and later, Providence Christian Church. She was a proud poll worker at many elections in her later years. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerard in 2003.
Doris is survived by her children Christine (Austin), son Robert (wife Trish), son Gregory (wife Angela) and son Bruce (wife Joan). She is also survived by eight grandchildren Alex, Sara, Alexander, Joshua, Aaron, Faith, Benjamin, and Noah, as well as five great-grandchildren.
Her service will be held at Coral Ridge Cemetery on January 7, 2025, at noon. Her son Robert will perform the memorial service for the family and close friends.
