

Frank “Roy” Wilson passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and daughters on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 following a long illness. Roy was born in East Chicago, Indiana on July 9th, 1935 to the late Earl and Ann Wilson. He leaves behind his loving wife of 67 years, Peggy Anne, 5 daughters – Cheri Adams, Cindy Barenie (Gerard), Christal Wilson, Carron Rary (Danny) and Cori Gray along with 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, 2 brothers- Earl (late Jeannine), William (Kennyann) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Robert and one sister, Dorothy.
He loved fishing and golf and enjoyed spending winters in Panama City, Fl. He will be greatly missed.
The Family will always be eternally grateful to his brother Bill for his selfless donation of bone marrow that gave them 24 extra years with Roy.
The Family would like to thank the staff at The Waters of Cape Coral and Hope Hospice for their tender loving care.
A private ceremony was held with his wife and daughters and a private burial will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, or Hope Hospice of Cape Coral, FL.
