Herb was married to his wife Bonnie for 65 years and raised four wonderful children that loved him dearly.
Herb attended Cardington Lincoln High school and worked for Whirlpool Corporation in Marion for many years. He was also the owner of Herb’s Body Shop until he retired and his son, Herb Jr. took over the business.
Herb was a member of the Moose and Elks lodges and loved fishing, boating, watching the OSU Buckeyes and searching for treasures at local garage sales. He loved spending time with his family and friends, always sharing crazy stories from his past with a big grin and a toothpick in his mouth.
Herb will always be remembered for his devotion to his family and friends and the advice he shared freely. He was a practical joker, and we will miss hearing his laughter and seeing his sparkling blue eyes.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Bonnie, his children, Terri (Tim) Orahood, Tracy Schwartz, Herb Jr. (Tracy) Graham, Teisha Barnett, his grandchildren, Jeremy (Kathy) Schwartz, Stephanie (Dave) Cunningham, Sydney (Tom) Livingston, Jake Barnett, Cooper Graham, great granddaughters, Clara and Gabby Cunningham, Eloise Livingston and his sister Anna (Courtney) Hodges.
The Family will host a Celebration of Life Reception on Saturday August 17th from 1pm to 3pm at the Loft at OT, 1708 Cape Coral Pkwy W, Cape Coral, FL (The 2nd floor at Overtime Pizzeria).
