Jane Frances Mayo, 72 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on July 2, 2013. She was born on November 4, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio to Andrew and Philomena Zbinovec Tkachik. She moved to Cape Coral 16 years ago from North Ridgeville, OH. Mrs. Mayo was an accomplished Opera singer, enjoyed music and crochet. She was a communicant of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
She is survived by her loving family including her husband of 53 years, Dominic May; son, Andrew Mayo of Delray Beach, FL; grandson, Andrew Mayo, Jr.; sister, Andrea McNamara of Ohio.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Monday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, Cape Coral. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Tuesday, July 9th at St. Andrew Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
