Joel V. Ellis, 61, of Cape Coral passed away February 16, 2011. A retired Drafting Supervisor with the City of Cape Coral. He was an avid motorcycle rider, fisherman, and accomplished leather craftsman. Joel was a loving husband, devoted father, son, and uncle. He is preceded in death by his father, Foster Ellis. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 9 years, Judy, children; Keith (Amanda), and Sara, mother: Glenis, sister: Faye, brothers; John, Patrick, Nelson, and Foster, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Memorial Service 11:00 AM Monday February 21, 2011 at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral. Family will receive friend from 10-11AM.
