Judith Ann Cook

by her loved ones at her home in Cape Coral, Florida, after losing her battle with cancer. Judy

was born August 3, 1940 in Kadoka, South Dakota, the daughter of Andrew and Miriam

Gorman. Judy graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Beach State College,

California. Judy had a rewarding career with the public school system as a Speech Pathologist

in Macomb County, Michigan. Judy thoroughly enjoyed her family and Grandson, Nicholas, the

apple of her eye. Family and friends were Judy’s passion and delight. She enjoyed going to

lunch and dinners and gathering with friends. Judy is survived by her children, Nicole Cook and

John Cook (Lily), beloved grandson Nicholas Cook, step-grandson Jayden, and sister Patricia

Siebes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Florida Cancer Specialists &

Research Institute of Fort Myers, Florida in the name of Judith Ann Gorman Cook. The family

of Judy would like to extend special thanks to all of her dear friends who provided love and

support, and or assisted in the coordination of her medical care during her battle with cancer.
