Louis John Ehritz Jr, 96, resided in Winter Haven, FL, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021. He was born in Graz, Austria in 1924. At a young age, he and his family ended up in New Britain, CT. He moved his family to Florida where after many, many years went to be with the Lord. He served in the Army during WWII in which he was awarded many medals of honor and 3 purple hearts. He was a member of the Carpenters Union, 8th Ward Club, Moose Lodge and the DAV. He loved going to antique car shows, the Boston Red Sox, and The New England Patriots. He is preceded in death by his parents Louis Ehritz, Josephine (Botscher) Ehritz and daughter Laura Ehritz. He is survived by his loving wife, Vivian Ehritz, AKA Honey Bunny, brother Walter Ehritz, along with 2 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
