Norma was born on March 24, 1960, in Cartagena, Colombia to the late Nicolas Eduardo Padilla and Evelia Rosa Salcedo. She married Jairo A. Sotomayor in Cartagena on November 19, 1988.
Survived by her husband Jairo A. Sotomayor, children, Lindy (Cecil) Fitch of Cape Coral, Jairo J. (Maria A.) Sotomayor of Cape Coral, mother, Evelia Salcedo, of Cartagena, brothers, Nicolas Padilla, Amaury Padilla, Ivan Padilla, Luis Padilla and Johnny Padilla who all reside in Cartagena.
Norma was preceded in death by her father, Nicolas Eduardo Padilla.
Norma was a secretary at the Administrative Office of the Courts of Lee County, FL. A job she truly loved. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was a woman of faith who lived her life serving God.
Funeral services for Norma will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Coral Ridge Funeral Home located at 950 Chiquita Blvd. S. in Cape Coral.
