Robert John Coleman

Robert John Coleman, age 86 of Cape Coral, FL passed away November 27, 2022. He was born October 29, 1936 in Jersey City, NJ to Edna Coleman. Robert was a resident of Hoboken for 27 years. Robert served 15 years in the National Guard. Robert was a resident of Ocean Township, NJ for 27 years, before moving to Florida in 2005. Robert had a passion for sports and coaching. He especially was a NY Yankees and NY Giants fan. Robert enjoyed travelling and going on cruises. Robert's favorite foods were Meatloaf and Crumb Cake. Robert's occupation was a Chemical Supervisor. He was a hard worker and always put family first. He was an amazing man and had a great sense of humor. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Eleanor; his daughters, Mary Coleman Carrion and Victoria Coleman McIntyre; his sister and brother-in-law Alice and Arthur Lemp of Lakewood, NJ; his grandchildren, Robert Caesar Carrion, Ashley Christina Cooper, Edward Lewis McIntyre III, and Shawn Edward McIntyre; and great granddaughter, Ellie Ruble; as well as several nieces.
