I remember him well as rough and tumble guy in the spirit of Teddy Roosevelt. Fond memories of good times with Bobby in Park Forest, Illinois.

God bless you Bob......you will always be remembered..... I will never forget the laughs we shared and the time we spent together at Standard Brands......I will never forget how much you loved the Bears and the Cubbies.....you are missed old friend.....

I am saddened to learn of Robert's death. We attended school together in Park Forest, IL, and got along well. I knew he'd lead a successful life and only wish I'd looked him up again sooner. My best wishes to his family -- he was a giant of a man whose bear hugs might've been indistinguishable from those of actual bears.

I worked with Bob for a few years at US Home and Lennar. He brought a sense of humor to the workplace and helped make my time there so enjoyable. He made many friends there and will be sorely missed.

Bob is a good friend to everyone in the Hanson family.  Our son, Mark, first met Bob at a Rockford\Madison hockey game, 1972, in Rockford IL.  Later they met again in 1974 as employees at the Publix supermarket in Cape Coral, FL.  Bob was Best Man in Mark's October 16, 1981, wedding in Bushwood, Maryland.  They would meet again at parties at our home when Mark and family visited.  Bob was a great employee at our Century Ceramic and Marble business for several years.  We will all miss him very much.  Earth's loss; Heaven's gain!

Dearest and almighty Father as we gather before you this day, a group of family and friends to recall the life, love and goodness shared with all of us by your servant Bob, we pray that you accept Bob's soul and all his good into your arms of mercy. We pray that Bob's family and friends find strength through their faith as they grieve through this difficult time of loss. Dearest Father we thank you for the blessing you have bestowed upon us through the gift of Bob's life that you have so graciously shared with us. May God bless Bob's soul and all the goodness he has shared.

To the Klocksieben Family my thoughts and Prayers are with you all. I got to spend about 2 hours with Bob the Sunday before he moved to the rehab center and we had a great time. You would have never thought about him being sick except for where we were. He was his old joyful self. Glad to have that last time together. Sorry he wasn't around to see his beloved Cubs win the World Series.

What a loss!! Bob was a great childhood friend of mine who will be missed by all who knew him.  Deepest condolences to his family and many friends.

It was truly an honor to have known Bob, although it was only for a short time. May his soul rest in peace.

So glad I was able to visit Bob several times in Sept September. It was great catching up with him and reliving some experiences memories we had together. We had some great times together. Those memories and tales will last a life time. When we all gathered to go, you knew you where in for a good time.
