Janice M. Scherch

Janice Scherch, 91, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 24, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and acquired a degree in Elementary Education, educating kindergarten children for many years. Janice was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a pastor’s wife, teacher, and lifelong learner. She loved music, piano and fine arts. Janice was an artist, a collector of antiques and loved to travel. She had a kind and loving heart and was always looking out for those less fortunate and in need. She was predeceased in death by her parents, Alfred and Marie, her husband, Richard and son, Jeremy. She is survived by her three children, Richard, Leslie, and Lisa, and her eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
