Ana was born on June 30, 1947, in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, where she began a life rooted in love, faith, and family. She was the devoted wife of Eddie Badillo for over five decades, and beloved mom to her two sons, Charles and Brian, daughter-in-laws, Candace and Katarzyna and proud grandmother to her 6 grandchildren, Caitlin, Taylor, Andrew, Olivia, Evan, and Maya.
Family was everything to Ana. A natural caregiver, Ana selflessly devoted her life to raising her boys and supporting her family in every way possible. She was also extremely close with her seven siblings (Celo, Luis Boneta, Toña, Tita, Betsaida, Rey, Samuel), who preceded her in death, and loved dearly by her many nieces and nephews who called her “Titi”.
In recent years, Ana found her greatest joy in her grandchildren. She delighted in celebrating their milestones and took immense pride in being a source of unconditional love and encouragement in their lives.
As we mourn Ana’s passing, we take comfort in knowing she has been joyfully reunited in heaven with her brothers and sisters. The thought of her surrounded by their love, laughter, and the grace of God brings peace to those she leaves behind.
Her family will celebrate Ana’s beautiful life on Saturday, November 30, at Victory Assembly of God in Carrollton. A memorial service will take place from 9:00–11:00 am, followed by a procession to Rolling Oaks Cemetery in Coppell for her final resting place.
In honor of Ana’s faith and generous spirit, the family kindly requests donations be made to Victory Assembly of God Church in lieu of flowers.
