A visitation for Carmen will be held Friday, March 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 South Interstate 35e, Carrollton, TX 75006. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.
