Dean... 
I hate that I never got to spend the time I would have liked to with you. Family can be a tough thing, and then, when it goes away... it is more tough than ever thought possible. I hear your voice everyday, laughing and bs-ing with Dad. You were a great man, a great son, a great father, a great sibling. I will miss you... I wish for anything over this. I love you. See you soon, brother, on the other side of the rainbow.

Dad :( my heart is hurting so badly. I cry in my sleep, during the day, pretty hard not to I  guess. I hope youre up there watching over me. Wish you were walking me down the aisle in october. Deano so glad I got to see you last Thursday at Chammps as I had not seen you in a while.  You were always very kind to me and we had some great times at Art Bar and Blind Lemon back in the days- me, you and Alex.  You will be missed by all and my condolences to your entire family.  May you RIP always.

Dean I can't beleive I knew you for 15 years.  I remember all the times that you, Alex and I always would go up to the Art Bar and Blind Lemon in Addison and had so many great times.  Then there was almost every Sunday during football season we all would be at Chammps.  Those were the good ole days.  You were a great person and will be greatly missed by all.  My condolence to the Grimes family.

It was so great to meet you, you truly touched me. You were one of the first people I talked to when I moved to Dallas, I remember when you I first got here and met my friend Jim and I gave you his CD to listen to and you love it and form then on you always asked how he was doing. You were such a good person and you will truly be missed.

Dean you will be always in our hearts and missed by so many! The Champs corner will never be the same without you.

Dean, what can I say other than we've lost a great friend. We had a lot of fun, our little group, over the years and although it has been a while since I've seen you, I remember those times often. I will miss you, we're all going to miss you. God bless you and you family... RIP

Rest In Peace, my friend. You and your family have certainly touched the lives of my family. We've had a lot of fun together and though its been a while since I've seen you, I can still remember all the fun we had. Good Times. Your life ended way too early. God bless you and your family.

Dean was one of the first people I met after moving to Texas.  He was kind and very friendly, a true Texan. We shared many laughs and good times. Just last Thursday I saw him for the last time, he was the same old Dean.  Always made me laugh as he did then.  He was a true friend that I will never forget. My condolances to his family and friends.  I will miss you buddy.

Rest in Peace Dean. You touched so many lives with your happy attitude. We'll miss that smile.

Regardless of the circumstance, Dean always felt things were looking up. He was an uplift in his own right to so many people.

I am so deeply saddened by this senseless tragedy.  The surreal feeling of it all is overwhelming. I cannot begin to imagine the grief that the family is living with right now. I hope that Dean's love for his family gives some comfort and they are able to come together and take care of each other. Love, thoughts and prayers to you all.
