Dewey Joe McDonald

Hello, this is Dewey Joe McDonald talking to you from my new home in Heaven. My Heavenly Father greeted me with open arms and a beautiful smile. It is so magnificent and royal no one can imagine the glory and honor I felt. Let me talk to you today. Your earthly family is the greatest gift that God has given you here on this earth; tell them you love them every day. It will make you stronger in all of your daily living. Don’t be afraid, God is there for you. Show him you love and respect and he will never leave you. He loves you. You are nothing less than a part of him and he sent his only son to atone for our sins to save us from ourselves. It makes no difference where I worked or what I did or did not do. I am free of sickness. I am free from death. I have lived my life in a manner that pleases my Lord. Won’t you do the same thing? I love you all. I will be looking out for you. Come to me through the father and let us lead and guide you. Call on Him, respect Him and me. Do what is right and I will see you again. Love to Suzie and to Mary, all 5 of my girls, grandchildren and great grandkids, as well as his extended family.

Dewey is preceded in death by his parents, Archie (Cute) and Mae McDonald; brother, Jimmy McDonald; grandson, Jimmy Whitney and son-in-law, Dale Galyean.

Dewey is survived by his wife, Suzzanna; 5 daughters and sons-in-law, Terri and Stan Johnston of Gun Barrel City, Mary Gail and Dale Galyean of Lindale, Pam and Bob Chronister of College Station, Joy and Mike Tillman of Irving and Shelly VanEpps of Hurst; 12 grandchildren and spouses, Joe Klonower, Amber and Chris Gonzalez, Trent and Michelle Whitney, Tricia and Don Chronister, Coley and Shera Clark, Christie and Chase Jobe, Ashley and Thomas Stefanick, Brenning and Ladd Grammer, Michael and Jamie Clark, Samantha Campbell, Amanda Tillman and Tessa Chronister; 19 great-grandchildren, Oggie Klonower, Bobby, Sarah and Oscar Gonzalez, Dane, Bella and Sophia Chronister, Madison and Cash Clark, Heather Graham, Christian, Caroline, Bridgette and Tuff Jobe, Adrian Stefanick, Tate and Greyson Grammer, Hunter and Stone Clark; sister, Lola Byram of Colorado Spring; ex-wife, Mary McDonald and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed.
