Dorothy Marie Pagano

Marie Pagano, of Trophy Club, passed from this life Thursday night, November 15th in Lewisville. Private family services will be held. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, with Rhoton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Marie was born in Oklahoma City, March 31, 1930, the daughter of Marion and Irene Mallory Gardner. She was a graduate of Central High School and married Joseph Pagano February 3, 1952 in Oklahoma City. They moved to Dallas in 1980.

Marie was the owner of a food and beverage business in Oklahoma City for 30 years and retired from Neiman Marcus where she was employed for 15 years after moving to Dallas. She had been an active Dinner Club member, loved to cook and garden, enjoyed shopping and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, a half-sister, and three brothers. She is survived by her husband, Joe of the home; by a brother, Marion Pete Gardner of Oklahoma City and by a niece, Denise Greenfield also of Oklahoma City and by a nephew and niece, Hughjon and Laurie MacDonald of Frisco, Texas.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Hospice Plus, Providencia of Lewisville and Angela Gunther for their, love, kindness, compassion and exceptional care provided Marie.

Private Funeral Services will be held and burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City.
