Ham Thi Nguyen

Ham was born in Vietnam on Dec 31, 1936, to Nguyen Van Nhon and Nguyen Thi Chung. (She did not have any kind of education). Ham was married to Vu Van Quy in 1955; they were married 12 years. After his passing she became a widow ever since.

Ham moved to the Philippines and lived there for six months before coming to the United States in 1990. She worked as a factory worker for 10 years. Ham enjoyed spending time with her family and dedicated her life to the church. She was a member of the Catholic Motherhood Association and actively helped with church fundraising, especially through cooking. She also volunteered for Marian Day and was involved in many church organizations.

Ham is preceded in by Vu Van Quy and Vu Van Tho.

Ham is survived by, Vu Van Truong, Vu Van Kinh, Vu Thi Kim Phuong, Do Snow, Vu Thi Thanh Thao, and other family and friends.

A visitation for Ham is scheduled for 07/24/25 at 8am-12pm and 07/25/25 at 3pm-11pm Rhoton Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin on 07/26/25 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish.
