Age 79, passed away on August 23, 2011 in Lewisville, TX. Born August 16, 1932 in Melrose Park, IL to Joseph and Anna Chodelka. Helen lived in Chicago for 65 years and graduated from Saint Columbkille High School in 1949. She later moved to Merritt Island, FL in 1997 where she resided until 2002 when she moved to Lewisville, TX. Helen was a devoted member of St. Ann Catholic Parish in Coppell, TX. She is survived by her two sons, Joseph Mungo and wife Teresa of Coppell, TX and Michael Mungo of St. Louis, MO and three grandchildren, Joey Mungo and Gabriella Mungo of Coppell, TX and Michael Mungo of WI. Helen was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
