Henry Nelson Foster Jr.

Buster dedicated 30 years of his career as an HVAC mechanic at 24 Hr Ltd., retiring in February 2019. Beyond his hardworking nature, he was a man who deeply valued time with his loved ones. He especially enjoyed family game nights, beach vacations, pool parties, and playing with the younger children in the family, creating lasting memories full of laughter and love.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Carol Foster; his son Henry N. Foster III and wife Shelly Foster; his daughters Jennifer L. Walters and Andrea N. Gust and husband Josh Gust; his sister Janice McCue; his brother Bill Foster; and his cherished grandchildren Hayle Foster, Kayle Foster and husband Brandon Knott, Jordan London and husband Josh London, Lauren Gust, and Kate Gust. Buster also leaves behind his nieces Stephanie Grimes, Kristina Grimes and husband Jorge Carmona Grimes, Courtney Grimes; his great-nephew Aiden Hilario; his great-niece Arianna Carmona-Grimes; and his great-granddaughter Hayden Eubanks.

He was preceded in death by his father Henry N. Foster of Garland, Texas; his mother Dorothy Murray Foster of Garland, Texas; and his brother Jack Foster of Burleson, Texas.

A memorial service to celebrate Buster’s life will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 S Interstate 35E, Carrollton, Texas 75006.

Buster’s kindness, humor, and devotion to his family will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
