

James Bradley Neill, Jr., age 77, of Carrollton, Texas, passed away on November 13, 2016, in the town of Plano, Texas. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 PM, November 18, 2016, St. Andrews Christian Church, 2425 West Parker Rd., Carrollton, Texas.
Jim was born June 20, 1939, to James and Dorothy (Moyer) Neill in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He attended North Kansas City high school and the University of Missouri School of Mines in Rolla.
Jim married Linda Rommann, June 30, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri. They adopted two girls, Kristin and Rene. Later Jim married Kathryn Maack, March 30, 1985, in Wichita, Kansas.
Jim was a veteran of the US Army, and he worked many various jobs in and around contracting and construction supervision. Upon retirement he followed his passion of the airplane industry by becoming a volunteer extraordinaire with the Commemorative Air Force. He was a charter member of St. Andrews Christian Church, Carrollton. Jim served his church faithfully and selflessly.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Kristin. He is survived by his wife Kathryn and former wife Linda Birdsong, daughter Rene, and grandchildren Bradley Heslet, Travis Heslet (Alexandra), David Wilkinson, Trevor Neill, Kristin Murphy, and one great granddaughter Espyn Neill. Jim had a loving family of brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews.
