Jeanette Holmes

Visitation will be at 1:00 o’clock p.m. on July 17th, funeral services will be held at 2:00 o’clock on July 17th at Rhoton Funeral Home with the Pastor Mark Flurry of Woodlake Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Hilltop cemetery. Arrangements are by Rhoton Funeral Home.

Jeanette Holmes was born in Renner, Texas to Thomas Perry and Nettie Allen on November 25, 1929. She went to school in Carrollton. She married Johnny Holmes on January 1, 1948 in Dallas, Texas. She was a homemaker.

Jeanette Holmes is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years and all her brothers and sisters.

Jeanette Holmes is survived by her daughters Audrey Hansen and husband Andy Dutchover, Joy Brock and her husband Barry Brock, and her grandchildren Audra Brock and Jordan Brock and the many children she babysat over the years.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to VNA Hospice of Dallas. The family of Jeanette Holmes wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Joel Maust, Winnie, Susie, her friends and neighbors who checked on her, the doctors and nurses at Golden Acres and VNA Hospice of Dallas.
