Landon Patrick Knight was born on November 22, 2005 in Hammond, Louisiana to Brandy Paille and Patrick Knight. His life was an inspirational journey of battles and miraculous outcomes. You would always find him smiling, and making everyone laugh with his hilarious sense of humor. He was obsessed with Monster Jam Monster Trucks and collected them by the hundreds. He would spend endless hours watching Monster Jam Racing Shows while lining up each truck to perfection. Grave Digger was his all-time favorite and he once had the chance to Skype with the owner, Dennis Anderson. He became a big superhero fan and gave himself the name “Lightning Landon.” He and his brothers each took on a superhero role as Landon was Batman, Cullen was Spiderman, and Carter was Superman. They even dressed as these together for his last Halloween. Landon also enjoyed the outdoors. He loved 4-wheeler riding, deer hunting and fishing. His daily attire choice usually involved camouflage as was the theme of his bedroom. Landon was nothing short of a Hero to many and a Child of God. Far wiser beyond his years, he was the most loveable, unselfish and giving child. He will be dearly missed but leaves behind an amazing legacy of love, strength and inspiration. He lived by the terms of, “NEVER GIVE UP!” Spread your wings baby boy and fly high. You more than deserve your chance at a boundless life that Earth could not provide you. Please let God care for you now until mommy and daddy can again someday.
Landon is survived by his mommy and daddy, Brandy Paille-Costello and Mark Costello, as well as his little brothers Cullen Jacob and Carter Wyatt Costello. Landon is also survived by his father, Patrick Knight and his little sister Sydleigh Knight.
