Marilyn Gwen Holder

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Marilyn Gwen Holder. Marilyn was born on December 29, 1948, to June Laverne and Archie Gerald Bullock Sr., in Lubbock, Texas. Marilyn met Amos M. Holder in 1964, and immediately new she had met the love of her life. The two were married that same year. Marilyn was the proud mother of three daughters. Kristi Michelle Holder (Martin), Kimberly Lynn Holder (Stockweather), and Kelli Edwina Holder (Barron). She is preceded in death by her loving Husband - Amos M. Holder, Daughter - Kristi Martin, Parents - Laverne and Gerald Bullock, Brother – Archie Gerald Bullock Jr./Jerry. She is survived by Daughters – Kim Stockweather (EJ Stockweather), and Kelly Barron, Sisters – Tarina Whaley (Ken Whaley). Delores Harris. Grandchildren – Mason Malone (Colleen), Tanner Malone, Kaytlynn Malone, Justin Bell (Lindsey), Hailey Martin McGinn (Joe), Chase Holder, Kenzie Barron. Great grandchildren – Brantley Malone, Koda Malone, Ayla Malone, Miley Santizo, Addison Heflin, Ava Chamorro, Chloe Bell, Emery Bell, Anakin Holder, Mila Holder, and numerous nieces and nephews.

To have known her was a privilege and blessing. We thank the Lord for the time we had with her and are rejoicing here on earth as we know she has been reunited with our Lord and Savior, and her family members in heaven.

A Celebration will be announced in the coming months. Mom didn’t like cold weather, at all! We will wait until the sun is shining and celebrate her, as she should be celebrated!
