Odie Jim Alexander

Jim served in the United States Air Force for 20 years until his retirement. Following his time with the air force he worked for Air America in Thailand as operations manager and debriefing pilots. Upon his return to the states he worked as an agent for the DEA. He later owned his own private investigation business.

Jim went on to further his education and after graduating from Baylor University he worked as a respiratory therapist.

He was a very active person who loved to travel, dance, sing, and play the Lowrey organ. He was very skilled in martial arts.

His energy and bright personality will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Kathleen Alexander. He is survived by his three children: Cathy Ayers, James Alexander, Barbara Saxiones, seven grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his best friend and dancing partner, Joyce Griesé.
