Ronald Dean Park

Ronald Dean Park was born March 2, 1939 in Los Angeles, California to Myron Arthur and Bernadette (Lohman) Park. He died on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the age of 86.

He was happily married to his loving wife Reba Ann (Norville) Park for 64 years. He has one daughter Pamela Dawn (Park) Couture, husband Danny. One granddaughter Meghan (Couture) Zayas husband Miguel and one great-grandson Arthur. They were the light of his life.

Ron graduated from Pacific High School in 1957. After graduation, he joined the Army Reserves and went to six weeks of basic training. He remained in the reserve for thirteen years. Ron worked in the optical business while in California and moved to Texas in 1959. He went to work for Southwestern Optical. In 1962 Ron Went to work for Texas Instruments. At the same time, he attended Elkine Trade School where he received his First Class FCC License. In 1967 he went to work for American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. He continued to educate himself and took computer programming courses at a junior college. He retired from American Airlines in 2003 after being with company for 36 years.

In 1977 Ron became a Master Mason. He was very active in the organization and made many friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother, his sister Mary Ann (Park) Milled, two brothers Myron William and Terry Lee Park.

Ron was a very caring and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He had many nieces and nephews that he was very fond of and loved very much. He will be missed by all of his friends and family.

A visitation will be held at Rhoton Funeral Home, located at 1511 South Interstate 35E, Carrollton, TX 75006, on December 10, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

A graveside service is scheduled for December 11, 2025, at 11:00 am at Perry Cemetery, located at 1805 N Perry Rd, Carrollton, Texas 75006.
