Sandra Kiplinger

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday July 28 at Holy Covenant United Methodist Church.

Sandra was born in Norfolk, VA to Garland and Willie Bowling on September 13, 1945. She lived in North Carolina and Tennessee prior to making her home in Carrollton 40 years ago. She married Dale Kiplinger, her high school sweetheart on March 17, 1963 in Farragut, TN. She worked with children for the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD until retirement. She was a founding member of Holy Covenant United Methodist Church and lived her life for her family and church.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband of 49 years, Dale Kiplinger, Daughter Karen Edmonds and husband Chris, son Keith Kiplinger and wife Ashley, sister Barbara, and grandchildren Lindsey, Kathryn and Erica, and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be given to Holy Covenant United Methodist Church. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr.’s Haq, Biedermann and George.
