

SHIRLEY GRACE EOFF was born in LAS Vegas on November 11, 1941 to Irvin and Mildred Folsom and left this life for Heaven on July 19, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, Danny Jay Eoff, and sister Linda Satterfield.
Survivors include : her beloved husband of 56 years Danny Eoff ,Farmers Branch, 2 daughters, Timi Ellis and husband Marshall of Farmers Branch, and Debbie Quest and husband Gene of Torrington Wyoming, sisters Jeanie Watson of Garland and Robin Smith, Comanche OK; grandchildren Johnny Engdahl and Kara Wilcox of Denver and 4 great grandchildren Cienna, Cierra, and Cirrisa Engdahl and Ethan Wilcox. She had 4 nephews Rusty Satterfield and his wife Kim of McCurtain OK, Brian Watson and wife Andrea of Garland and Bruce Mahnken of Tulsa OK, Bradley Elroy, Comanche OK, 2 nieces Heather and Jesse Elroy, Comanche, OK, several great nieces and nephews and numerous friends who all adored her.
She and Danny lived in North Carolina and Florida where he played baseball after signing with the Yankees and ultimately came back to Dallas where they owned and operated S& E Airparts for 25 years. She became a self –taught businesswoman in the company of 2 – he the Salesman and Buyer and she the keeper of records, customer relationships and everything else. They sold the business and retired in 2013. An avid golfer at Brookhaven Country Club she was active in the Women’s Golf Association, played in tournaments and was proud of her Hole in One.
Above all else, she was matriarch of her extensive family and made precious memories for 4 generations on Christmas and Thanksgiving and anytime they were together.
She walked in beauty, loved without condition, gave generously of herself and championed those who needed her most.
She will be missed. She was loved.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
