Silvia Benavidez

She was born in Manuel Benavides, Chihuahua, Mexico and was one of 12 children born to Alejandro and Eduvijes Garcia. Silvia married Willie Benavidez on April 12, 1978 in Alpine TX. They had two daughters; Kelly, age 33 and Christina, age 30. Silvia dedicated her life to her family and was a loving mother and wife. She loved to take care of her grandchildren, "Juanito", age 4, and Sally, 6 months.

Silvia joins her father, Alejandro, and her brother, 'Kiko" in Heaven. She is survived by her husband, Willie Benavidez; daughter, Kelly and husband Saul and grandchildren Juan and Sally; daughter, Christina, and husband James; her mother, Eduvijes; brothers and sisters; Cruz, Esperanza, Socorro, Vidal, Rita, Carolina, Jorge, Cruzin, Ana Maria, and Yadira; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family will recieve relatives and friends Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 6-9 pm in the Chapel of Rhoton Funeral Home located

at 1511 S. I 35 East in Carrollton, Tx. A rosary will take place at 7 pm.
