Willie Lee Rainwater

Willie was born in Carrollton, TX on April 22, 1943. He graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. Willie was married to Juanita Rainwater on November 11, 1986; they were married for 38 years.

Willie worked various jobs, and through lived experience became an author and entrepreneur. He owned Rainwater Exterminating for over 30 years. He enjoyed golfing, and learning. He loved talking about his history and making an impact on his community. He is also actively involved in his organization, Christ Community Connection, and collaborating with Carrollton-Farmers Branch School District.

Willie Rainwater is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Juanita, a daughter, Angiela, His siblings, Charles Ray “Bubba” (Louise), Melvine (Riley), Ray Charles, and Betty Jean.

Willie is survived by his children: Stephanie (James), Tracey, Kesha, Ronisha (Cedric), Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. One sister, Nancy and a host of extended family members and community partners.

A visitation for Willie Rainwater is scheduled for June 14, 2025, at 10:30am at Covenant Church. The funeral service will begin on 11:00am at Covenant Church.
